Basic questions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are allowed within 14 days of receipt. All products must be returned unused in their original condition with all accompanying barcode tabs. The product packaging should not be damaged. In case of return it is necessary to include in the package the proof of purchase of the product. Those products that do not follow the above conditions will not be accepted and laluna ladies fashion has the right to send the product back to the customer, at his expense the return cost.

Our shipments are made throughout Greece in a period of four to five days.

Missions

After the successful completion of your order and verification of the shipping details, the product is sent to the registered address within 24 hours. The transport company that undertakes the delivery at your place is ACS Courier.

Delivery times are as follows:

Inside Thessaloniki and land destinations one to three working days - Island Destinations and inaccessible areas one to five working days.

To return the product to the lalunafashion.gr store, you contact the Acs courier store in your area and send the parcel to our address: El. Venizelou 96, Ampelokipi Thessaloniki, 56121. The surcharge for the change is 5.00 €. In case of change, for the resending of the new product, there is a charge of € 5.00. In case of refund, a set-off of € 5.00 is made and the remaining amount is refunded. In case of incorrect order or defective product, contact us and the return will be free of charge by our cooperating courier.

The return process starts as soon as we receive the product, and if the product meets the return conditions (it is not damaged, opened, etc.). Refunds are based on how you paid:

1. If you have used a credit card, the amount is credited to your card,

2. If you have paid in cash or cash on delivery, the amount is credited to the IBAN bank account you have declared.

In any case, the process is done within ten (10) working days from the receipt of the product. For the return of the order that you do not want, the shipment is made through the courier that we work with with a charge of € 5.00 for each order

All orders leaving our store are thoroughly checked, however in case you have received defective or the wrong product upon receipt or the packaging is damaged (eg if it is torn, wet, etc.), keep them as evidence and contact with us directly on the phone 2310734200 in customer service during store hours. The courier we work with will pick up the product at our own expense.
